Error Message on Win32

Hello,   I just installed Dia v0.86 on Win32. I didn't had any problem when installing and either when I run the program. I get a message when I try to change anything in Preferences. The message says, "Can not open c:\windows\TEMP\dia\diarc" for writing".   I didn't find anything helpful in FAQ. I would appreciate if anyone of you have an idea  about what should I do.   Thanx   Tushar
