Well, surprisingly... I did come across this important Organisation during my crucial assignment with department of Information and technology (DIT), Government of India during 2003-2005. I was looking for such people while designing and drawing national policy on State Wide Area network and Broadband. Tried to get into the manthan website but could not. Pl navigates and tells me if I can be of any assistance. By the way - the only successful eGov network (i.e. GSWAN) was conceived, planned, designed, implemented and managed by me for a long time. It was a beginning of ICT in Governance.
