Jayne, you've reminded me that we probably don't need to rely on a single 
moderator.  In the past when I've guest moderated there would be times when 
both Andy and I would have authorization and that just meant double the chance 
that a post would be approved quickly.  And if we spread moderators evenly 
around our global membership we can always have posts approved in real time.  
What say DDN?
