How effectively do IT projects travel - from press conferences to dusty village roads? Here's an initiative that seeks to bridge the digital divide by highlighting projects, such as e-Chaupal by ITC that enable farmers to avail competitive prices for grains and enhance income by cutting out middlemen. The Unlimited Potential programme aims to create socio-economic opportunities for women through training in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) skills through Community Technology and Learning Centres (CTLCs).
