Dear Andy, I think that this is a great idea. The sad truth is that, even if it's not immediately helpful in the aftermath of the Indian Ocean tsunamis, there will surely be other disasters coming through the pipeline later. And it's best to have a community set up and to get folks brainstorming and collaborating well ahead of the event.
