Tried it. Doesn't work. People are repeat offenders. They don't like the fact that they have to change their settings just to participate in this one group, so even if they switch it, they soon switch back to html, and the next time they post, I have to start all over again. (sometimes as many as a dozen times, if not more.) Another concern that several people have mentioned to me is that they use free webmail clients overseas that don't allow you to toggle between html and text, so they're stuck with HTML and can't participate.
