I'm from Barcelona and I work as advisor of TAO-gedas (www.tao.es) a consultancy for public sector in Spain, also for Propolis Club (www.propolisclub.net), but in addition I'm collaborating with INEAM (http://www.educoas.org/Portal/?culture=en) as teacher assistant and I write in K-Government Blog (www.k-government-en.blogspot.com) referring a lot of things related to e-government.
