I just want to confirm that WCE is doing a wonderful job benefiting the developing world and particularly the schools. In addition to the direct impact on building computer literacy capacity for teachers and students, there is a positive multiplier factor as those new computer-educated people will in turn help boost the adoption and use of the ICT-tools, thus contributing to further increase the penetration of ICTs in their countries.
This other side effect of WCE makes the work of Timothy Anderson highly commendable.
