Monday, October 17, 2005 Starting Over: What Would You Do Now? I'm in the middle of creating an Internet strategy for Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty. It's the same sort of document we have all been writing for nearly a decade. But I have the benefit of hindsight - I can learn what you have all tried in one form or another. We are lucky (I think) that many of our markets, such as Ukraine and Azerbaijan are just now starting to get connected. In others, such as Afghanistan, we have plenty of time. It has me thinking - and wondering. What one thing would you do now if you were starting a new news Web site in a new market? Thanks.
