Rather than using this situation as a means of demeaning a third-party who
in all likelihood has no knowledge or interest in the matter, why don't you
run a survey to find out how many people would actually buy the book? - IMO
it's more plausible to assume Barnes and Noble are correct - that most users
of downloadable Open Source freeware would not go and buy a book (on the
freeware) when the same information is also freely downloadable online!
