IIRC, Andrei said he should submit final draft by November, 9 to the
publisher.
I don't think it'll take that much time for the book to hit shelves, but
Amazon shows March, 2010 as a delivery date.
Publishing overheads are north of three months, but I'm working with the
publisher to reduce them to the extent possible.
