Hi, The text was revised by Igor Stepanov and myself. We are both D users, but inevitably a few errors will slip through the cracks. The translation should get better further on - the forewords haven't gotten as much attention as the main text. The book hasn't been printed yet. The errors brought up here shouldn't be in the print version. If you see any more goofs, please post here, it may not be too late to fix them. And sorry about the long delay - it's partially my fault :)
