I mean, C++ too complex and useless features. Like the constructor I've mentioned.

If D reaches 1/10 of the diffusion of C++ we can call it a great success :-)

I don't like tricky, over-engineered and bug-prone features (especially the ones that interact badly with other language features), but the feature discussed here seems able to reduce some mistakes.
