XeLaTeX is incorrectly disliked by far too many people
Remind me what makes XeLaTex distinct. I recall using it as a convenient way to allow (i) utf8 input and (ii) graphics of any kind (PNG, JPEG, PDF, EPS all mixed in one document), but I'm not sure I see its relevance here.
