Oh, I must be blind. I thought the issue tracker was disables on the repository in the same way as for Phobos. Thanks for checking. I submitted the issue.
And I see, that types in traceback are different from source https://github.com/andralex/std_allocator/blob/master/source/std/allocator.d#L857. Maybe you need to upgrade package.
If you mean size_t and uint difference it's because size_t is an alias for uint on 32-bit os.
roundUpToMultipleOf(size_t s, uint base) becomes roundUpToMultipleOf (uint s, uint base) Piotrek
