Not quite sure what you're asking here, but if you're asking if
this is going into stdx first, then the answer is yes. Things
that go into stdx aren't supposed to change that much.
Ok, your wording about the API freezing seemed to imply that it
would go directly into Phobos without spending some time in
std.experimental.
Anyway, I'm not familiar with the subject domain, so I'll abstain
from voting. I will say however that the documentation could use
some work.
