Bah NVM, it's always the same story with the TIOBE index,
whatever is the language. When the fanboys of a particular
language are happy with the position they say that's because
"their" language is so fucking awesome, otherwise they cry
because "TIOBE is a completly biased bag of crap".
The reality is that expect the 3 or 4 first, all the langs are
more or a less at the same level, between 0.5 and 2 percents, and
that's there is never great wins or major decays. Their ranking
is only meaningful on a long scale...
