Go may have a slight bias on github, and there might be a slight bias against Microsoft products on github, but there is absolutely no reason to think that D is in disfavour on github compared to Rust and Go.
The trend is that Go and Swift dwarfs the AoT competition and that Rust destroys D and Nim.
(And it should be rather obvious to anyone that a listing that does not have JavaScript close to the top is 100% bogus. JavaScript is the most widely deployed language, with most professional working with it, part time or full time.)
