The new logo is not part of the pull request. It's already on the site. If there's a legal problem, we should probably revert that.

I'd understand that to allow derivative works, but disallow selling them. I'm not a lawyer, though.

If those terms don't allow us to mess with the logo, what kind of statement or license do we need from the author?
