Also, C++17 is 'getting' Modules and Concepts Lite later in
tech specs... that don't even have working drafts according to
this [https://isocpp.org/std/status] (but have experimental
implementations in Clang and VC++, at least).
Modules is not part of C++17, it is on a separate track. Concepts
are also not part of C++17.
Maybe it would be a good idea to not complain so much about
languages you guys don't know much about. I suggest focusing on
making D better instead.
