Bug 317. Nearly everyone on Windows complains about them, I think!

Yup. Two steps to installing a usable DMD on Windows:

1) Download and install DMD
2) Download and install proper Windows headers.

This is a problem that's been mentioned several times, and the only reason
people have stopped complaining is because it hasn't worked.
