Why would they, though? AFAICT the entire Windows system was designed to be centered on the GUI. I'm sure they would recommend using some kind of remote desktop instead of ssh for remote administration. It would fit better into the Windows way of doing things, and avoid a lot of the pain that comes when you try to *not* do things according to Windows' way. (Yes I was stupid enough to try that before. Never dared try it again.)
