I found under the guide that private organizations will not show up in
searches. I wonder if we can make it public... Andrei? I think that's
the problem.
Brad found two boards for d, I'm assuming by searching for members. It
appears that no boards show up in searches. But if dlang shows up after
we make it public, that's a moot issue.

If whoever owns the organization wants to give me admin rights I'll gladly
help maintain these sorts of things. I probably won't be creating release
boards, but I can help manage members and make sure the permissions are
set properly.
