I did try the Generic setting with different parameters. I am not sure 
of what this does as it does not seem to work with the CI-V. I tried 
using the Pro 2's address in the box called Radio ID but this did not 
really do anything. I used 8, N, 1, for the other parameters. I do have 
a Ten Tec Pegasus that I could try out, but with newer computers that no 
longer have comports, I would have to physically switch the USB --> COM 
cable as well as the audio lines. No exactly very practical considering 
that all the other sound card modes work so well with the ICOM rig 
through the CI-V.
