I tried to be brief, but left out some detail. I'm set up with a
dual soundcard system. One card is dedicated to I/O for the rig, and the
other is dedicated to all other sounds, such as DX spotting, Windows
messages, and so on, which is sent to the speakers. I have the rig audio
separate so it is independent of the rest of it. I just need a way to
apply a "bandspread" as it were, to the audio frequencies!
