When I click reply to your message and I'm in the reply message window, I first click on "Format" at the top, then scroll down to "plain text" and click on that. That will eliminate all the garbage and creates a clean, plain text message. I did that for yours here as well; your message is in Rich Text format, with all sorts of "garbage info" on the right hand side in my reply to you before I removed it.
