We all have an *equal* right to our opinions. In our rare society with the rights to free speech and to lobby our government the FCC gets to negotiate among them. I will acknowledge that I did over-generalize a bit, though there is little doubt among many that some modes developed by Hams should migrate to non-Ham spectrum.
