You are correct, Andy....it happens every "scheduled" night. Have 
never-ever seen W1AW move or not transmit despite the frequency being 
in use...Does it violate FCC statues; sure; is anyone going to do 
anything about it? No, as ARRL/W1AW seems to be aloof and un-caring 
unless it involves vested interests that BestNotBeNamed. It does not 
even follow its own "bandplan"....a myriad of issues not for this 
forum...like code "practice" on top of existing qso's yet pushing "no-
code" initiatives to the FCC......and yes, thanks for the too late 
whine about the Omnibus ruling that specifically speaks 
to "WinLink" concerns. I best stop....
