I'm beginning to agree with this point.

The one thing in the way of me totally agreeing is the occasion where
someone "hogs" the frequency. With Olivia for example , I have
observed guys using the slowest speed and having a rag-chew for 45
minutes of more . Of course, they have every right to do this but if
this happens on "our" suggested frequency, we stand a chance of going
back to what I am trying to avoid. Recently, I have seen lonely CQ
efforts on 14073 in PSK63 concurrent with unanswered CQs in Hell on
14076, Throb on 14078, Olivia on 14106.5, and PAX2 on 14112. If we
use 14078.4 for all of these modes we will stand a better chance of
making a contact AND our activity may stir up newcomers.

QSYing, in my experiences today, was a pain though. Maybe we can
alter the suggestion to somthing like use the freq for 15 minutes of
so and either QSY then for a longer rag-chew , or simply pause for 2
minutes , every 15 minutes. Too weird ?
