They plan to make the kid-distribution ones a distinctive color and shape (bring green and froggy looking for example) and raise awareness that any of those are contraband. It shouldn't be too hard among digerati given the stigma that would develop, and the laptops are really pretty much just big PDAs, so I don't think the demand for them will be high among general population in developed countries.
