I hope so: DREAM is IQ capable. Start it with "dream.exe -c 3" (see dream's help) and feed it with your IQ signal. More, since dream is open-source, and dreams iq-capability is a modular phase-shift hilbert filter this method can easily be copied to other open source apps.
