Hi Dan: sorry Dan I don't know what the program is buttttttttttt.. there is a program out there that has this feature built in,, its called SSTV pic writen by Dick W3WVG: http://mysite.verizon.net/resojf80/ if you right click on a picture it will give you the option to send as a qsl card.. try it, you'll like it..
