Hello Jerry,

In the last version of Multipsk (4.13), there is a SdR interface which can 
RX/TX all transmissions between -24 to 24 KHz for a standard sound card and 
up to +/- 92 KHz for some hight quality sound cards.

So you can drive the IF signal from Multipsk (for digital modes).
