So, did you actually transmit using another op's call sign? Or, did you just plug them in and say that it works? As I recall, the non-grata ops could enter their calls during setup but it would not transmit. So, unless G4ILO, K5OKC, N1SZ or I (or other banned ops) actually decide to try to transmit, it doesn't mean a thing.
