The Product Analyst is responsible for evaluating and testing new/modified
product features to verify those features function according to user
requirements, working with Product Managers, Systems Business Analysts, and
Developers to ensure proper test coverage.


Knowledge and Experience:
Previous Experience

• Thorough knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated proficiency with requirements analysis, test case development
and planning.
• Demonstrated proficiency with functional and regression testing.
• Demonstrated skill set around optimizing the delivery of high touch
products and user experiences.
• Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and completing complex work with
cross-departmental involvement.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in team building, motivation and change
management.
• Knowledge of prevention and health care industries, call center
management, and network development a strong plus.

Education/Experience:
• BS in Computer Science or related field with 3-5 years related experience
or equivalent.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional planning, time management and project management skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Highly detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organizational skills
• May require some travel to multiple business unit locations (up to 30%)

• Communicate product development plan internally, and drive organizational
change and prioritization necessary to support objectives
• Manage development across the organization to ensure optimal delivery of
the product experience
• Manage and track service performance
