This is a consulting role that needs to be filled quickly; the project involves integrating Siebel 7 applications with the Avaya phone systems via CT Connect Requirements * Siebel 7.8 * Siebel Communication Server * Siebel High Availability Configuration * Siebel Tools * Envox CT Connect * Avaya Hardware LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT HAS LEAD A FULL DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE CTI IMPLEMENTATION FROM SCRATCH TO THE END Skill Required: Siebel 7.8, Siebel Business Analysis, Siebel CTI Analysis, Design, Functional Siebel/CTI Design, Requirement Gathering, Functional Specs, Siebel CTI Integration, Screens, previous Technical exposure to Siebel Tools, Configuration, CTI Development, CTI such as CT Connect ideal. Skills Needed: . Experience with formal software implementation and support methodologies. . Strong working knowledge of Siebel 7.7 or greater. . Minimum 5 years experience with Siebel architecture, infrastructure, administration, Siebel Tools development (configuration, customization), Siebel's data model and technologies (Upgrades, Workflow, Assignment Manager, and EAI). . Experience with implementing complex solutions involved Web Services, SOAP, XML, security, and data migration/conversion. . Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. . Excellent communicator, both written and oral and interpersonal skills. . Practical, hands-on personality. . Experience with interfaces to ERP, Customer facing applications (portal/web) and data warehouse platforms. . Proven ability to define system specifications, accurate time estimates and creation of clear and concise documentation. . Must be a results-oriented motivator with a "can-do" attitude and strong leadership abilities, organizational skills and flexibility to manage various priorities. .
