There are significant impacts to CRM as a result of this new Licensing Portal which will require a resource that has technical and functional expertise and is very familiar with User Interface requirements of the portal and how it is integrated to the technical and configuration specifications. This resource will be working with the Technical team during the technical designs and testing of new functionality in SAP within the CRM module. The resource should have deep CRM and SD( ideal if both) configuration and functional experience in Order to Cash within the software industry. The resource should be familiar with volume licensing and OEM. The resource will be leading and supporting development and testing and providing support for training of new functionality in SAP and the portal. *Skills & Level Required to Perform the Service: * List the skills required for the resources to perform the service (CPA, Accounting degree, any specific technology experience required (.net, java, SAP etc.) training/certification requirements (PMP, Scrum Master etc.)) Suppliers often have difficulty with requirements for two reasons: too much information and too little information.
