This is my direct client opening for C#.Net, XML, Winforms, SQL engineer/developers - Aliso Viejo, CA. This is a 6-12+ Months contract position. The Hourly rate is $45/hr on C2C. The client strongly prefers LOCAL candidates but will consider others if they have VERY GOOD communications skills. *Job Description:* -C#.Net / XML / Winforms / SQL – developers -The ideal candidates will have strong C#.Net (2.0 going to 3.5), XML, WinForms experience and strong SQL (2005 going to 2008) Experience and enthusiasm for Scrum, XP, or other Agile methodologies is a huge plus. *Profile:* Candidate must be an experienced developer who is a self-starter with demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to produce well written code with a low defect rate. Candidate will be expected to conform coding style to established development and architectural standards and philosophies. Candidate must be able to successfully integrate with a team and focus on ensuring the team's success. Candidate will have a can-do attitude and will place an emphasis on a practical approach to getting the work done on time in a fast-paced environment.
