*Job Title: Network Operations Center Supervisor* *Location: TX*
*Duration: 6 Months* Job Description This supervisory position involves the day-to-day supervision based Network Operations Center. Responsibilities include remote and on-site support and network monitoring of satellite communication systems and voice and data networking equipment on offshore and land-based facilities. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Managing day-to-day activities of NOC personnel - Remote and on-site technical support, network monitoring and training. - Coordination of new installations - Coordination of commissioning of new systems - Ensure proper documentation and tracking of systems and equipment - Must be available 24/7 in periods when on call. - Communication with customers in case of problems EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS - Minimum Associate Degree in related field or equivalent education - CCNA and MCP or equivalent experience - Background and interest in advanced voice and data services AND/OR commercial-grade satellite communications systems - Strong planning, analytical and computer skills. - Able to work independently with minimal supervision - Possess ability to climb towers six to one hundred fifty feet as required on land and offshore locations, and lift 75 lbs. - The successful candidate must be customer focused and an effective communicator. - Comply with all safety requirements implemented by employer, customers, facility owners or vendors involved in the employees daily task, including but not limited to, PEC, H2S, Water Egress, Lock Out/Tag Out, First Aid/CPR, Lifting, Fall protection, Climbing Techniques and etc. - Valid state driver license required. *Thanks & Regards* *Sree *|iNEK Technologies LLC | Phone 913-712-9365 Fax: 913-273-1065 Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] | 9200 Indian Creek Pkwy.
