*Title : SAP Travel Management, FI/CO, SAP HR Functional* *Location : Ashburn, VA* *Duration : 6-8 months* *Description : * *The role is for a SAP Travel Management / SAP HR Functional Lead with heavy focus on Travel Expenses being paid thru the SAP FI Accounts Payable Module versus the traditional method of paying travel expenses thru the SAP HR Module. They run SAP for mostly everything including SAP Financials and SAP Supply Chain. They had been running PeopleSoft for HR but they are replacing PeopleSoft with SAP HR & Travel Management. But the SAP Travel management component is now coming out of FI in the new SAP ECC6 Version. What they need is someone who knows the following: SAP Travel Management but travel expenses would be paid thru SAP FI Accounts Payable versus being paid thru HR. And because Client is paying travel expenses in 5 countries, credit card & currency conversion knowledge is a key consideration. PeopleSoft is going to be the feeder software for the employee names etc. Must have Credit cards and international exposure. They are going to be paying travel expenses to 5 different countries. Must be able to configure the system from a Functional perspective. Must understand Credit card function and international currency exchange rates. Buzzwords: SAP Travel Management, SAP ECC6, Credit Cards, International Exposure, Exchange Rates. Here is the key thing: This person could wither be a SAP Financial Person who has worked in this area, could be an HR person who has transferred over and has done it. But a lot of the experience is going to be the SAP Financial component ((SAP FI Accounts Payable).
