Hi, *NOTE: I NEED H1COPY AND LETTER* Job Title Websphere Integration Lead Location IL Length 6 month to one year contract Role Function: Tasks to be completed by this role include: o Completion of WebSphere Product Suite tasks and projects o Manage a team of 5 to 10 WebSphere developers using RAD approach o Communicate horizontally with business analyst and application development team to design code build, unit test, integration test and production implement WebSphere integration services o Design and implement WebSphere integration services utilizing industry best practices o Manage and Implement bug fixes and enhancements to the websphere integration system, its interfaces and its reporting systems. o Manage and implement monitoring and maintenance standards of the B2B interfaces o Manage and implement the B2B interface for uptime, errors and issues. o Design Development and Operational Handbook for common standards and practices for providing optimal performance and meeting client SLA's with respect to B2B interfaces o Communicating with business analyst, application developers and management to ensure resolution of design and implementation issues associated with B2B interfaces to support banking business processes Mandatory Skills/ Experience: o Minimum of 3 years managing a team of 5 WebSphere developers using the RAD methodology o Minimum 2 year java experience - ability to support and write code o 5 years WebSphere product suite experience o Experience of a minimum of 7 WebSphere integration projects o Experience of a minimum of developing and implementing 50+ B2B interfaces o Experience of mentoring and guiding junior developers o Enthusiastic and flexible attitude to work o Degree or equivalent educated Consulting and Industry: o Preferable experience of working for a consultancy o Preferable experience in implementing WebSphere integration product suite o Insurance, Mortgage or Banking services industry experience definite plus o 5 years practical experience of EAI or SOA assignments Exposure to: o WebSphere Business Modeler o WebSphere Message Broker o WebSphere DataStageTX o IBM WebSphere MQ o IBM Tivoli OMEGAMON XE for Web Sphere Business Integration o IBM Web Sphere Business Monitor o Web Sphere Studio Application Developer o IBM Web Sphere Application Server o IBM Web Sphere Process Server o IBM Web Sphere Partner Gateway o IBM Web Sphere Adapters o Architected and implemented Best of Breed banking application and e-commerce applications.
