Bachelor's degree with *10+ years of applicable work experience with at least 5+ years of experience as an Architect, Sr. Developer or Technical Team Lead with the Microsoft .NET Architecture framework, including ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET * 2. 5+ years of experience with Object Oriented Design and Analysis, application design patterns. 3. 3+ years of experience with web services, WSDL, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), XML, XSD, AJAX 4. 5+ years of experience with MS SQL server, leveraging SQL 2005 features in developing optimized Database code 5. Experience with .NET 3.0+ technologies including *WCF, WPF, and WF, SharePoint 2007 development and SQL Server 2005/SSIS is a strong plus * 6. Experience leveraging open source development tools (such as Subversion, NUnit, CruiseControl.Net, NCover, MSBuild, NAnt, FxCop) a plus 7. Extensive experience with design patterns, system architectural concepts and frameworks 8. Technical expertise in high performance website systems, web services, in a .Net/IIS environment, and performance tuning/scaling of such systems 9. Extensive experience designing and/or developing solutions for a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) 10. Strong communication skills, in both technical and business terms 11. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail 12. High level of flexibility and ability to persevere through periods of significant change and challenge in the business environment 13.
