Job Description: Our client requires a senior SAP CRM consultant to assist with a new implementation. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 yrs of SAP CRM experience with focus on PLANNING AND FORECASTING. Areas of focus are Engagement Planning, Forecasting as detailed below - Planning and budgeting - Market segmentation / targeting - Market research - Account planning - Event management - Campaign management General requirements: - Senior resource with experience of leading Project Prep and Blueprint phases of large projects - Experience in Professional Services industry implementations - Excellent communication skills – verbal and written - Experience with projects involving roll out of global templates - Ability to receive knowledge transfer from the template build team - Lead workshops to gather localization requirements - Provide solution direction and guidance based on industry and SAP best practices - Design a solution, thoroughly analyzing the as-is and to-be requirements including gap analysis - Propose solutions for the gaps identified during the blueprint phase - Understanding of the NW technologies and the various SAP applications – ECC, BI, MDM, CRM. Understanding of the integration of these applications and integration with Sharepoint portals would be an added advantage - Team player *Position #2* Job Title: Senior SAP BI - CRM Lead for NJ Location: New Jersey Duration: 5-6 months Rate: OPEN + EXPENSES / COMPETITIVE Job Description: Ideal candidates will have at least 6 yrs of SAP BW / BI experience including 2-3 CRM implementations. The Consultant has to have worked as a lead on 2 implementations. This position needs an experienced resource with expertise and experience in delivering reporting strategy on multiple large and complex projects.
