*Description: *
Financial System Analyst – Oracle Financials Accounting Hub
This position will be required to provide hands-on analysis, requirements
gathering and documentation for new accounting system using Oracle
financials Hub.
• Analyze and document very detailed business functions, accounting entries
and document high quality functional requirements using process flows, use
cases, business narratives, T-account examples, matrices, etc. Requirements
must meet the needs of internal and external users of the system and must
include proper accounting and process controls. Analyze and understand
current accounting and business processes quickly and create documents for
new system in a fast paced environment with aggressive deadlines.

*Qualifications *
• B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or Business
Administration.
• Expert in Oracle Financials Hub technology. Must have successfully
participated in at least two Oracle financial services accounting Hub (FSAH)
implementations for sub ledger accounting and finance systems. Demonstrated
ability to provide expertise on chart of accounts design, new Hub
implementation, design considerations, etc. Will not be considered without
this key requirement.
• Must have thorough knowledge of Oracle FSAH with Rules, design,
architecture to provide expertise on system capabilities and requirements
gathering. Must be able to provide mentoring and training to others on
Oracle FSAH/e-business suite.
• Demonstrated experience with complex accounting sub ledger systems,
understanding of GAAP Principles, accounting policies, etc.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing business requirements documents, use
cases, process flows and thorough system analysis with minimal supervision.
• At least 7 years of experience in hands-on business analysis related to
Accounting/Financial systems.
• Proficiency required in MS Office applications including Excel,
PowerPoint, Visio and Access. Experience documenting and flow-charting
procedures including working knowledge of Visio software.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to prepare memoranda,
requirements, and other project documentation.
• Mortgage industry experience with REO properties preferred.
• Expertise with Business Objects, Hyperion desired.
