Requirements must meet the needs of internal and external users of the system and must include all the details necessary for developers to design and develop Hyperion reports. Analyze and understand current accounting and business processes, reports and excel/access based solutions quickly and create report design documents for new system in a fast paced environment with aggressive deadlines. *Qualifications*: • B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or Business Administration. • At least 7 years of experience in hands-on business analysis related to Reporting and Analytics for Accounting/Financial systems. • Expert in Hyperion reporting business analysis. Must have successfully participated in at least two implementation of Hyperion Reporting platform for sub ledger accounting and finance systems. Demonstrated ability to provide expertise on reporting capabilities, considerations, etc. Will not be considered without this key requirement. • Must have thorough knowledge of Hyperion reporting to analyze and document detailed reporting documents. Must be able to provide mentoring and training to others on Hyperion. • Demonstrated experience in preparing business requirements documents and thorough system analysis with minimal supervision. • Required accounting background, understanding of GAAP Principles, accounting policies, sub ledger systems, etc. • Proficiency required in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Access.
