Position: Siebel Analysts 

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Duration: 12 + months

 

Mid level Rate: $30/hr on Max on W2

Senior Analyst Rate: $35/hr on W2

 

 

For the mid-level types, he will take someone with as little as 1 year of 
Seibel as long as they are the type of person who can hit the ground 
running--eager to learn. He wants smart people. 

 

For the Sr., we can do $35/hr For the Mid-levels $30/hr. They will need to take 
a Seibel v.7 Proveit test, so I will need their email address 

 

He is going to ask them 3 main types of questions. 
1.) Trouble shooting experience-- Must be VERY good at trouble shooting
2.) Scenario type questions. He will give real-life BCBS scenarios that could 
come out and how they would manage and deal with the situation. 

3.) Direct HANDS ON and RECENT Siebel experience. Their answers will determine 
what level of a Siebel Developer they truly are. (No matter what their years of 
experience.) 

Also, he emphasized that "years" of experience does not matter as much as their 
actual knowledge of Siebel. He said that some of the people on his team only 
have a few years of experience, but are smarter, sharper, and quicker learners 
than some of the Sr. Siebel folks he has talked to with 8+ years of experience. 
He needs to all of his folks to be able to hit the ground running. He has 
little to no time to train these people. 

 

Actual Description: 
The candidate should be able to understand the business process and how that 
process can be implemented in Siebel. The candidate is responsible to design / 
develop the new capabilities using Siebel tools and support the end to end SDLC 
cycle. The cycle includes supporting the analysts team during requirement 
gathering, supporting the capability and business partners after the capability 
is implemented in production.    



MOST IMPORTANT: 
3+yrs of Siebel implementation (5 years preferred)
Workflow analysis
Strong Scripting and Configuration
