Please Respond to [email protected] Position: Sr. Production SVCS Storage Admin (SAN - NAS) Location: Durham, NC Duration: 6+ months-extendable Best Rate: $350- 380/day on W2 BEST RATE Sr. Production SVCS Storage Admin MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE Required 5 years experience supporting second level production support for Enterprise Storage in Investment Banking. Hands-on expertise with SAN & NAS architecture, configuration, administration, provisioning & troubleshooting with technologies from: EMC (Symmetrix, DMX, CLARiiON, Centerra, Celerra), 3Par, Hitachi (USP-V), Brocade, Cisco, McData, NetApp and Acopia/F5. Individual must be highly process oriented (ITIL certification preferred) with a focus on metrics tracking for Change Mgt, Incident Mgt & Problem Mgt, End User Support, Audit / LCD Compliance / IT Risk / Corp Security review, Release & Config Mgt, Capacity, Provisioning & Supply chain Mgt, Event Mgt, Vendor Mgt. Individual should possess project & program management expertise with a focus on delivery execution & excellence. Tracking delivery milestones, timelines, resources & related budgets. Individual is expected to work as a remote team member, collaborating with other team members in NYC office. The ability to manage an individual book and maintain consistent team interaction is critical. a.. Individual must be comfortable with evening and/or weekend work hours to accommodate common change activities and participate in an on-call rotation schedule SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES (e.g. shifts, travel overseas, hours) Position requires shift work on a rotating schedule which includes early, late, weekend, and holiday coverage.
