*Director of Datawarehousing* Location: *Philadelphia, PA* Duration: *Full time Perm Opening* Salary: *150K plus10% bonus* Director of Data warehousing- SUMMARY: Provide leadership, planning, development, and support for the data warehouse environment including data marts that support data analytics for internal and external business clients for a national PBM. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Negotiate requirements and implementation schedules with business clients / stakeholders; * Design and develop an analytical data warehouse environment to support business stakeholder requirements that provides reporting and analytical capabilities for internal and external clients; * Design and development of a data mart environment to support multi-domain analytical activities; * Implementation of quality assurance discipline / procedures to assure the integrity of the reports generated from the data warehouse; * Manage and lead the data warehouse development team; * Develop a MDM strategy for data warehouse environment; * Creating and managing development timelines and project plans; * Hiring, managing, and mentoring staff, and conducting performance reviews; * Develop an ETL framework for processing source data information; * Exhibiting compliant and ethical behavior in the performance of job responsibilities, including complying with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, HealthExtras Code of Conduct, Business *Ethics Policies and Procedures and other polices and procedures applicable to position. * Actively participating in HealthExtras* Compliance and Ethics *Program, including attending annual compliance and ethics training and reporting suspected violations of the law or HealthExtras polices and procedures via HealthExtras Procedures for Reporting Incidents of *Possible Improper Employment Practices, Misconduct, or Improper *Financial/Accounting Practices. * Performs other duties as assigned to meet corporate objectives. QUALIFICATIONS: * Undergraduate degree in Information Systems or a related degree; * Advanced degree in Computer or Information Sciences; * Seven to ten years of data warehouse development experience; * Pharmacy Benefit Management experience preferred; I look forward to hear from you and hope that I can be a help in your job quest.
