*Summary:* This Lead Data Warehouse Architect position will drive the design, implementation, and operation of a high performance Data Warehouse Solution supporting our Enterprise. This position is responsible for creating the conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support the Data Warehouse Team. In addition, the individual will set project technical direction and provide oversight and checkpoints to enforce data warehouse standards and quality of solutions. *Essential Functions:* -Architect, design, and develop enterprise data warehouse components, including Data Warehouse(s), Data Mart, ETL, user interface, analysis/reporting, etc. -Create the conceptual, logical, and physical data models for the data warehouse -Mentor colleagues in the design principles of a data warehouse -Research new tools and/or new architecture and review with project teams as applicable -Exhibiting compliant and ethical behavior in the performance of job responsibilities, including complying with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, HealthExtras Code of Conduct, Business Ethics Policies and Procedures and other polices and procedures applicable to position. -Actively participating in HealthExtras* Compliance and Ethics Program, including attending annual compliance and ethics training and reporting suspected violations of the law or HealthExtras polices and procedures via HealthExtras Procedures for Reporting Incidents of Possible Improper Employment Practices, Misconduct, or Improper Financial/Accounting Practices. -Performs other duties as assigned to meet corporate objectives. *Qualifications:* -BS Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems -Healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management Industry experience preferred. -7+ years in technical development and leadership roles on BI and Data Warehouse projects- with significant experience in the majority of the following activities: --5+ years designing star schema data models years Architecture, Design --5+ and Developing with ETL tools --Designing and developing with MOLAP/ROLAP/OLAP tools --Designing and developing with Relational Reporting Tools -Expert knowledge of data warehouse architecture -Expert knowledge of data modeling techniques -Experience with ER Diagrams and Data Modeling Tools -Knowledge of ETL design and development -Experience with software development lifecycle -Excellent written and verbal communication skills I look forward to hear from you and hope that I can be a help in your job quest.
