Job Description:
Relevant Experience (Yrs): 5+ years
Technical/Functional Skills:
• Hands on end-to-end development experience with SAP Portal 7.0/CE
7.1 / EHP1
• Atleast 3 to 5 years of SAP Portal development experience including
work on version 7.0.
• Atleast 5 to 7 years of overall SAP Experience.
• Extensive development experience in WebDynpro Java, Visual Composer,
Web Page Composer.
• Development experience in Portal KM, Security
• Experience in developing Portal components and Portal Services.
• Should have development experience in CE 7.1
• Extensive experience in UWL, GP. Working knowledge with NWDI and CTS
+ is required.
• Should have knowledge of SAP NetWeaver Stack, SSO, FPN
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application design patterns, JSF, SOA
concepts, NetWeaver Java development best practices and implementation
methodologies
• Effective communication skills
Desired Skills:
• CE/Portal BPM development experience
• Working knowledge of SAP FI-CO, logistics, BI
• Experience in implementing Business Packages e.g. MDM, ESS/MSS etc.
• Experience in integrating external Repositories in KM.
• SAP ABAP Development experience
• SAP Solution Manager / Service Desk
• SAP Portal Certification
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide SAP Portal development in a dynamic, fast paced and
challenging environment. Activities include requirements gathering,
technical specification authoring, design, development and
documentation for current and future project implementations.
Production support for existing development is also a component of the
position.
Generic Managerial Skills: Good inter personal skills in managing
client.
Education: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
